My First Grow

can some one please tell me if this is ok to grow my first (single) plant with? and can i use this to go straight from seed to harvest? could anyone possibly tell me a good strain to grow stealthily? ta

hey there if i may ask what is the reason for picking the 125w envirolite??yes u can use it to grow from clone/seed through to harvest but the yeild will be meager and u will think what a waste of time and effort.
