fan controlle

After a couple of years growing without a CF, I've now cleaned up the old rvk fan which has been sitting around for 4 years and dusted it off.

Works perfectly but I realise that I'm going to need a fan controller as there is too much noise on full pelt.

Question is which one?

budget will go to about £40-50 but i don't want one of those humming/buzzing controllers. Any suggestions?
