EC with Autos (ak47/lowryder 2) and nutrients

Was just wondering, cause they are small, what is the best ec for these? they are a few weeks into flowering.
also can I use shooting powder for autos by house and garden?
I am using canna a and b coco. also now using a potash mix too.
