Check with them, sometimes these packages come with 2 bulbs, one for veg and one for grow.

i got one these duel lamps the 3 weeks ago and it was the 250w one...

It comes as one bulb, (so much cooler than the others)..

one quater of it is blue spectrum and the other third is red... looks good to me, havnt had chance to use it yet only to make sure it works....
but will be using it to keeps my mums going as i just built them a new home,

I personly wouldnt use it on its own to flower, maybe two of them would be good to flower under..

Would also be helpful if it was added as an extra light to your regular lights you flower under, with the blue spectrum helping..

looks good and cheap way forward for vegging/keeping mums though..

Hope this helps a little...

I'm plannin on goin w/ the CFL's--- but cash is limited so I gotta get one 200W and one 125W it looks--- Im growin in a 3x4 closet area--- do plants flower fine under the lower amount of lumens cause i know I need as much as I can get in the veg phase...

Thats a bit pricey mate £48 quid delivered for a 125w, I'd want 200w for that or 250.

I'm using these at the mo, nice and cool (compared to HPS and MH). Temp of my cupboard is around 30 degrees centigrade.
All 6 of my seeds have germinated and are looking good.

Ive got two of em back to back across 2 reflectors..
Bought mine from exact same chap, had a bit of an issue with delivery times but he came good and was actually decent enough to send em out next day delivery for me. I was quite happy with his service...
