Would this be safe?

i have a spray bottle that has antibactira stuff inside for genral cleaning some cheap stuff from co.op.will it be ok if i wash it out and use it to mist the soil when i plant my seeds? im just wondring if there may still be chemicals inside that could kill the seedlings as i have gave it a good wash out but can still smell the the chemicle inside. do you think it will be fine? or should i not bother?
