is that tin foil hes used? thats a strict no-no im afraid...

i guess they generally look under watered! or it could be his ventilation isnt adequate and they are suffering major heat stress, or a combination of both!

god i havent seen such unhealthy plants in all my life :D

yup, look terrible dont they. i have access to these plants and am gonna try fix the problem. So no foil? what do u recomend? i think its the heat thats done the damage as in the winter months his last crop was an acceptable smoke.. so what is the ideal temperature ?

22-26 degrees C are what i run at generally, but you could run up to 30.

what ventilation is he presently using, and does he have an oscillating fan in the room?

also, do you know how many watts of sodium light he is using?

edit - flat white paint will do the trick in place of the foil, much better reflectivity :D

to be honest mate im not sure about the wattage or the ventilation either, i know hes got some sort of air flow going on tho, and yer he is using an oscillating fan. could nutrients have something to do with it also? ill take more pics tomorrow of the complete setup and find out as much as possible..

yeah get some more pics mate, see if hes got any exctraction running.

nutes could play a part, he may be feeding them far more than they need, which will only exacerbate the problem!
