Ok, I am gonna do an NFT grow after my current one has finished but have always been worried about power cuts. Considering you need a constant flow of water it is extremely important that you guard against such incidents. The solution, is one of these:

20 quid from pc world. Thought it may be of use to the rest of you hydro loons. :)

It's not gonna be for ages mate but yeah, already well lookin forward to it I can tell you. Should have my digi ballast by then too so I'll be running the veg light 24/7. Can't wait!!

Simon of serious seeds swears by it which got me going on the idea. If you think about it I reckon it will make a big difference, especially in a hydro grow. A further 6 hours of growth time will have them shooting up..

I'd only give it a go though when I have the digi as the extra heat would be too much of a concern..

aye thats it mate, well i sure as hell can't wait to see what you manage to do!, with hydro. have you got your eye on the ventronic 600w???

apparently it can handle both MH and HPS, and with a certain type of sodium bulb can produce up to 20% more lumens???

That will be a grow well worth watching for sure asci. :pimped:

I know there is a chap on here doing a double nft grow very soon using two lights. :smokie:
