AK48 2 months old, how longer should I veg

My ak48 suffered a lot of stress the first month due to bad soil and nute burn. Today they are about 2 months old and 1 & 1/2 feet tall. How longer should I veg my girls?? Vegging under CFL's.... Should I give them another 2 weeks of veg. I give them light 24/7, but every day I got them on my balcony for about 8 hours of which 4-5 are of direct sunlight; What about the other 3-4 hours that they don't get direct sunlight, is it still good light?????
Is now a good times to get my clones??
I re-poted them in 5 gallon pots 4 days ago... Sunshine mix #4!

yes now is a good time to get clones. you should also be able to see signs of sex on the plants by now. Plants will pre-flower whilst in veg. You can flower whenever you like... although 5gallons is pretty big and really allows for a lot of veg. they say a gallon per month of veg time is all that is needed. remember too that in flower those plants will likely triple in height.
