Need help wit auto flowering nutrients

hi everyone i need help picking which nutrients to uses for my autos i have 6 white widows n would like to no which nutrients is the best i am a week in to grow n wat is the best time to uses them i am new to all this so need help would be welcome

i am using john linner q&B compost in 7.5 liter pots

lol I presume you mean John Innes B&Q compost.
You can just use tomato feed mate. Or if you want to splash out some £, Bio-Bizz is the McDonalds nutes of soil growers, or Overdrive seems to be highly rated for soil bloom these days.

If its JI#2 compost you won't need many bloom nutes anyway.

save ya self some money bro and just use tomorite most diy stores sell it,and not much diff between bio-bizz and tom feed only the price lol bout a fiver,have used bio-bizz bloom on my grows and not noticed a load of diff to be honest,others may say diff just my opinion !! am useing tom feed on grow am doing now so will be a good experiment

i'm loving john innes, my cream caramel is thriving with that and ionic bloom and boost :)
