Hi
Just wondering if I keep tying the shoots down or if I only do once or twice?

Some people rotate the plant around the pot a couple of times, sort of spiral like, and end up with a canna-bush. I'll prob do this with my super-autos in this years green house grow

yeh you can keep tying them down, though i only tie the main 4 shoots after topping.. soon as i get an even canopy and new growth tips grow i leave her be.. n flip:)
but u can tie it down as much as u like, just give her time to recover and redispatch auxins to the tallest growth tips..

Look for any on the micro growers on here. V12xjs, CerebralVibrator, Gumball, etc. They tie their plants down a lot. Check out their diaries.

Bit off-topic but StickyFingers made what struck me as a very, very astute point - who has ever bought pipe cleaners to ACTUALLY clean a pipe with?? I can't say i've ever known anyone use them for their named purpose - usually seem to be purchased solely to tie stuff with or make twisted animal shapes out of!

My uncle used them all the time
