filter for inside ventiliation and how to silence

hi all i basically have my intake coming in from under roof tiles.... sometimes i hear almost like little things getting sucked through ventilation and inside my tent what kinda filter can i put from the roof tiles before gets to fan and inside tent?

also i have a 2 x 4 inch rvks and a 56inch rvk any way of silencing them a little as it gets a lil loud at nights?

Lots of intake filters you can buy or just use some stockings! helps keep bugs out too.

well i used a pair of my mrs tights to act as a filter! - stopped everything, inc dust!
goes to show how much shite actually gets stuck to sticky buds!
