The more I read, the more confused I become.

I have invested in some ultraviolet seeds. Auto females.

Once they reveal their taproots, I intend on growing them in pots in a greenhouse in the back garden. I only have natures assistance plus my own input which is why I am asking for help.

I intend to put them in the pots in which they will finish their grow. (10l)

To hand I have

multi purpose compost for seedlings (peat free)
perlite
fish blood and bone
bone meal
water

Which of the above ingredients should be in the pot from the start?

Thanks in advance and apologies if it is a repeat question.

I am baffled with all the reading and want to get something right for a change.

what he said ^^^^the bone meal and fish bone and blood are handy because they are a slow release nute so should last the plants life cycle.i mixed mine in with the compost when i put my seed into the pot so that i new it would have the nutes at a steady pace and you can flush it at the end anyway.
