This setup ok?

its not really a set up just a Budbox Medium - 75cm x 75cm x 160cm and 200 Watt CFL System With 1 x Red Lamp

im planning on growing my plants on 12/12 from seed just wondering if that will be ok to do without a in/out airflow. ill get a fan on them still just no air taken in or out of the box and will the light be enough for them?

Them lights should be fine mate, dont see why not. Alot of people on the forum use CFLs and get great results. Check out the grow diary section.

Also it would go in your favour to get a small extractor fan and filter IMO

This will help with the smell and remove stale air from your grow room.

I would also say grab an extractor fan like MXMAD has said mate and have a passive intake, i.e have the extractor sucking from the top of your grow space and have a few holes down the bottom to allow fresh air in. To cover the holes to stop any light leaks during flowering black speaker cloth or black tights are very good as light baffles but they still allow for air to get in.

All depends on the strain, veg time and growing medium etc :)

veg time: about 2 months outdoors
growing medium: b&q multi purpose compost

they have been growing outdoors im just gonna bring them in to flower
