I heard that rule of thumb is :
100grams of trimming will get u 10g of hash.

i normaly use about 250grams and get about 15-18 grams, thats washed twice

havint got a clue what is worth, make sure you freeze it for 2 days before you wash it also let hash dry for bout 2 days or so otherwise it will be harsh on the throat
