A few LST questions please...

Im having a 1st go at LST and just had a few unanswered questions rumbling away in my head..

1, Do you/can you untie the plant when you switch to flowering?

2, Once iv tied down the main stem and the lower branches have now bcome the higher stems, do i tie those down aswell?

once i tie the girls down and i feel the canopy is the same height i untie them iv had some crazy looking bendy stems.
Also once i untie them if they need re lsting i will do it again to get light to some of the buds.
