Day 22, First white hairs. Shall i start biobloom and topmax?

Hey, I've just got my first white hairs on my 5 Critical Mass Auto's, theyve been vedging for 23 days under a 200W CFL and in JI 1, I have seen no signs of deficiency at all so didn't bother using BioBizz, Even though the plants arn't showing deficiency, will it burn them if I start feeding BioBloom and TopMax?

Introduce nutes slowly by using only quarter strength solution and ALWAYS date and keep track of when you feed. (I use my gmail calender)
