Which reflective sheeting is better?

Diamond embossed reflective mylar is better than white for reflecting. Some one will correct me if im wrong.

Mylar is best bro, I think it's 70% more reflective than black & white, plus it's developed by NASA, how cool is that lol.

Diamond sheeting is great stuff.
I often find myself pretty blinded walking into my room.

I use the diamond mylar.
If you go for ordinary mylar, it MUST be totally flat otherwise its reflective quality is less than flat white paint.
