Hi guys, just wondering how much you water your seedlings ?
Mine have popped their heads through the coco 2 days ago and have been watering every 3 days with just ph'd water, not sure if this is enough or not at this age ?

Also, when do you start with a light nute mix, and can coco be over-watered ?

Thanks very much

it is best to water coco daily but i tend not to with seedlings. depends if they dry out, lol.
you can add nutes now they are 5 days old, 1/4 strength for starters. what ec will depend on back ground ec at this stage. little and often.

Similar to vmax, a seed can feed its self for upto 10 days, do yeah phd water is ok I use coco so it's 5.8 after that a few drops of formulex works for me. Yeah coco is very hard to over water which is a good thing.

With seedlings I let them dry out a little bit more than matured plants to encourage the roots to spread, In a 1.5L pot of coco the first week or 2 of waterings are scarce at about 3-4 days apart.
Usually the first water or 2 is just PH'd water with a bit of root-stim, On the 3rd water feeding usually starts at an EC of 0.6-0.7 and gradually increases upto an EC of 1.2 with watering frequencys increasing to every other day untill bloom, Then daily.
PH at 5.7-6.1, Starting at the lower end (5.7-5.8) in veg then bringing it upto 5.9-6.1 during bloom.
