need a wind proof smoker

we have been using a butane sneak a vape so my wife can medicate on the road (back of bike). we take the biscuit out (plug up way to fast) and replace it with a pipe screen, turns it into a self contained sneak a toke. works well but we go threw a few (lighter's break). so we are looking for something that will last a bit longer. needs to be small windproof have a large bowl and be self-contained. any suggestions??? I really need to keep her medicated while we ride, every time i scrape around a corner i get slapped

Good idea, but can't use a lighter on the back of the bike @ 70 mph, What we use now the butane torch if fully enclosed it will light at highway speeds. it needs to be self lighting piece
