WHOS GROWING WHAT THIS YEAR ??
So av been busy in the garden, got a new polycarbonet greenhouse 8x6 to try my hand at some veg, I have created 2 raised beds and a couple of large boxes made from decking.
My raised beds are 1mx2.5m with pea netting around the frame.
IN MY BEDS
28 red baron onions
15 baby gem lettuce (germ in cells in the greenhoouse)
6 beet roots (dug up from last year over wintered)
10 early carrots
15 turnips snowballs
20 radish sparklers 3
30 spring onions white lisbon
1row of rooster potato
Half a row of Baby potato
3 sweet corn f1 incredible
And half a dozen strew berry plants.
My Greenhouse
6x moneymaker tomatoes
6x gardeners delight tomatoes
4x tumbling toms cherry tomatoes
5x peppers calphonia wonders
2x jalapeño chillies
3xprarie fire chillies
2x white pumpkins (from my parrots mix feed)
1x courgette
1x yellow courgette taxi
Seedlings galore as well, everything listed above is well on now and most was started back in January. My toms are all well in to flowering with some nice toms around ping pong ball size already, my peppers are well on with first set of fruits are swelling nicely, got my first small pumpkin growing with the flower days from opening,
So far a great early start has paid of,

Looking really good, sticky, I'm green with envy. I do like those polycarb greenhouses too but I just don't have the space. :( I like the fact they're slightly opaque - useful for hiding 'certain' plants...

Yeah mate they are very nice greenhouses, now everything is up to chest hight it's a very opaque indeed, the cheapest as well glass houses are expensive, aye don't have the space mate, gardens 4m by 15m long but av just made the most of it.

So that's been a few weeks so thought a would give you a update, all Ma toms are in full flowering now with ripe fruit expected next week with a full week of sun due.
My bell boy peppers are looking great 6,9 peppers per plant, 2 on each plant are 4" long now just waiting on them fattening up, a week will do them as well a think*
Ma chillies are doing great jalapineos are in full flower but the lst prarie fire are bushy as it gets and even with there heads stuck up there arse they are still taller than the jalapineo plants there is loads of unopened flowers, My corns all ready and waiting on being transplanted the corn out side was hit hard with the winds last week, and look certain for the compost bin, my courgette plants normal green ones and my yellow one are shifting with *the males flowers all ready *comeing and going, got free seeds from Ma mag mini round courgettes so i *germ 6, 5 are up and growing well. Also started some kale some silver chard and mix leaf,*
Got an other three chillie pre grown plants from Jamie olivers range, chilli shakira, cayenne belle and * *A forgot the other one,*
My out side raised beds are all fine even after the frost we got one morning and the high winds, a harvested my beets some lettuce and a load of radishes,*
Will picture update tomorrow well today but later, in the green hoose the now haven a cheeky spliff before a go to bed have been on the back shift.
