Im doing a small one now (not in noodle container) and shes never seen more than a 6in pot, 1/2 gallon max...only has a couple weeks left and so far so good. Roots are still healthy and no problems with the grow. Im sure anyone can find a noodle container close to that size..and mine is in moss and coco

You can't, air pots aren't just made by their 'holes' they haven't got a single flat edge, or area for roots to kind of reflect off, and i doubt its worth the time or effort, or if its even possible to do with a pot noodle pot

About 25% of the root mass removed.

U2ng is right, root trimming does slow the plant down, usually about 2 or 3 days recovery each time you do it.

Does make you think though! Half Oz per 1ltr of soil.....I could easily fit 25 maybe 30 1ltr pots under a 400w in a 1 mtr x 1 mtr space :evil:

Yep but it will grow well after that for two or three weeks before it gets root bound again and root bound will slow it up even more. ;) Root bound isn't always a bad thing, if trying to keep a plant small!
