We just built an extractor that recycles as well as purifies the N-Butane to 99% - 99.5% after every use. This prototype extractor will hold 3 lbs of raw material and extract/recycle/purify every 45 minutes the whole 20 liter tank of solvent

This is one preparation of the finished product from that there are many things you can do with it for further refining always like removal of water soluble oils,waxes,sugars,chlorophyll,and unwanted pigments. I manufacture Medical Marijuana Soda Pop and candies of all kinds in my state! I follow each and every law for the business I own and operate so I apologize in advance if I post any pics or accidently speak of quantities of product which is not conclusive to this sites agreement I have tons of cool stuff,pics,and process to share but have been skeptical of posting too much out of respect for the rules of this community
The pulp below you speak of is almost 400g of wax (end product without further refining steps 60-70% thc at this stage)

so once all the pulp is dried,you will have your hash? That "pulp" is what we call "WAX" out west! It is BHO made in my new system, comes out dry and ready to smoke after a quick 30-40 minute purge with no heat it is safe! most people want it like this, but I take it way further for my personal use and for my Sodas I make 158736..we just got test results back today from my final product!

ive been looking to cross a nice bit of earwax off my list for a while, its pricey but im sure its well worth it... aint like you find this in the uk. only one place i know of

That extractor looks great, but maybe a little complicated. I always find a nice glass tube works really well too. Did you build that yourself? Nice color on the product too.
