the dragon light launch box is alright, but over-use can melt it, if that's a style you're interested in tho, check out the magic flight launch box or the Palm and Palm 2.0 from vaporblunt

The best way to look at a vap is its a long term investment which makes weed go further and does your health some good. Then I would sve up more and get a classic volcano, which I think are around £260.

It is a lot but I got mine like 2 years ago and still good as new and reckon it would work for a good few more years yet!!

what does the vap do compared to smokeing out a bong? i mean do u get the same effects? or does it make it stronger or weaker? never vaped in my life

Why not just save up a little each month and then get it when you got enough? Thats what I did.

A bong is weed burnt, and you inhale all the smoke and everything. When you vap hot air between 150-230oc is passed through the chamber with grinded weed and at this temperature only THC and CBD are being vaporised into the air. In a volcano baloon you can see the vapor in the balloon. And if you start at 150 oC you can use same chamber of weed for another 2 small/medium balloons. So you get a lot of economy.

I'm well ignorant on the subject of vaporizers, but they should produce vapour, rather than smoke. Wouldn't it be more accurate to describe the AtmosRaw 'Vaporizer' Pen as an incinerator rather than a vaporizer? ( I'm just going by the video; and I haven't looked at the video for the OG Trippy Stick. ) Don't get me wrong: I want one! But I'm not sure it would be particularly asthma-friendly.

A bong is definitely smoke! :) Actually so is the Trippystick, having watched that video too.
I'd like to throw this one open to the room: are all these pocket gizmos the same? I've sometimes thought of getting one because they're cheap.
But something inside told me that such a little gadget is unlikely to be up to the job....And if these two things are anything to go by, so it would seem to
be. A vaporizer should produce vapour and these pen things aren't doing what it says on the tin!:furious:

the puffit is one of the most discreet vapes, but the gold heating chamber tends to have problems, takes temps all over the place

Yes maybe, but are you sure that's a problem with cannabis vaporizers? If you worked 8 hours a day in an environment filled with steam or something, maybe that wouldn't be good for your lungs, but that doesn't mean that vaporizers are harmful.
( I'd prefer bronchitis to lung cancer, at any rate!:p )

well cannabis actually doesn't cause lung cancer because of how it effects the alveoli in your lungs, it stimulates instead of weighing them down, which is why people cough so much. of course it really comes down to the user and how often they hit it throughout the day.
the reason you feel higher quicker from bong hits is the full combustion of what you're inhaling, every cbd gets through. vaporizing is a slower more drawn out process that really only allows for more of the medicinal cannibinoids to get through, the feeling you get is less of a stony high.

and newfarmer if discretion is your goal then go for it, there isn't anything else on the market that i know of that's less obvious. i would just suggest playing with it a fair amount before taking it out into the field.

1. I use less weed and get equally as high as I do using the bong.

2. It's not as bad for your health as smoking for example.

3. It's portable and the vapour smells nowhere near as much as a bong/joint.

4. You can collect that nice resin/oil from your pipe with the plastic bit of a cotton wool bud, wipe it in a rizla paper and keep folding and wiping until the pipe is clean.. Put it in the bong and say goodbye to feeling your legs.

It's as good as the volcano and comes with a remote which is surprisingly handy. I've used a volcano which is double the price and it was no better. Be careful as the cheaper model doesn't have a fan to inflate bags, you should be able to get the top model with all the accessories for under £150.

I've been looking for a portable vap now for a while and I've set my sight on the arizer solo (for now atleast).
I need something portable that still packs a punch, looked at the MFLB a while ago but you can't set the temperature on em, right?
The most important thing is that it'll work whenever I need it to, nothing dodgey in other words.

I have used a few vaporizers the one which I have used which is the best for value is the Vaponic which is around £25 takes a few turns to get used to it. Basic simple a bit to fragile though to be portable.
