80-95 is also a bit warm which can cause them to be a bit more lanky and also slow growth a bit. Try keeping them below 90 max if at all possible, I know mine are killing my elec bill and still hit 30-31c(high 80's) at the hottest time of day, also a fan in the tent will help with the heat issues and make them a little more stocky, otherwise those last two pics above don't look bad at all, sure they could be a bit more perky and bushy but the heat will do that to a plant.

No. Not letting the soil dry all the way to the bottom. I've managed to move the tent and get it down to 86 and trying to get it down lower. Going to top her today.
