What is a vertical scrog?

I have been trying to find info on a vertical scrog. Hard to dig it out here. The best I have come up with so far is a circular screen surrounding a central core where the light will be set. Train the plant(s) up the sides and let them grow buds towards the center. Is that all there is to it?

I found a bunch of diaries. They were either abandoned or 100 pages long. Can anyone suggest a few references ?

i have often thought...

4 plants in corners of a tent.
Hang the bulb vertically.
train the plants round the walls.
Flower it.
or maybe 1 plant per wall.

Seems to add up to me and makes best use of the bulbs shape, no need for a reflector and just have extraction from the top of the bulb as it hangs vertically.
Pretty much cool tube and 4 X scrog in one. Bigger scrogging area as well.

Or try a vertical grow (like heaths vert grow,google it if you ain't seen it) then add a screen & train them through the screen?

Like this but with a screen added...

Can you share details of the screen and the lighting ? I assume that is one plant?

Thanks. The trouble with an 1861 entry diary is it takes about 9 hours to go thru it. But if that structure supported the plant you posted, I think I understand.
