Rolled Rib of Beef, chips, salad and homemade horseradish sauce.
Rib was done in salat, pepper, garlic powder, onion salt and english mustard powder.
Cooked to 48C and left to rest to 55C.
Was awful !

The only thing I seem to deep fry is chips and roast potatoes. I can not think of anything else av put in my deep fat fryer.
