Default Using Cannabis For Pain Management?

Has anyone found any actual studies that support how CBD's have been known to help with pain? What about any of the other known components of cannabis?

So not many know this, but an effective dose of CBD ranges from 150-300mg a day, depending on individual. Ask your Dr. What he has to say about that.

The NHS are doing everything possible not to prescribe it... they think they are beyond the law (In many ways!)

In fairness to the NHS it has got to be difficult. All medicines are tested for years to make sure they are "safe"
Although me, you and the whole world knows that cannabis is safe, there are few medical studies or bonafide favourable evidence (of course due to prohibition) that they can use to inform their decision making.
Any prescribing doctor has to sign a form that they are personally responsible if any harm comes to the patient as a result of their Canna prescription.
This is before the big pharma conspiracy theories come out

Don't know about any studies but I can tell you that the pain relief for some things is excellent. I discharged myself from hospital after coming round from my kidney op ( top mistake) and went home without any meds. I cannot explain the amount of pain that came on by the time I got home but one spliff and I was on cloud nine. I couldn't believe it would be that good.

I've used it to treat Migrains with 100% effectiveness. Ibuprofen is not only harmful, it takes a while to kick in. One toke from a spliff and headache gone!

Also used it to numb back pain and that nagging pain you get from the wife

My wife suffers from a condition called Dystonia she has 2 types of it 1 is a constant head tremor the other is where she has attacks very much like an epileptic fit where her whole body goes into convulsions and every muscle in her body goes into painful spasms she was always against illegal drugs in any way shape or form and these attacks could last anywhere from 1 or 2 minutes and up to 15 / 20 minutes all of which time she would be in excruciating pain, the Dr's prescribed Diazipam for these attacks but it takes 30 minutes or so for these to kick in so finally a couple of years ago the son and i persuaded her to try a joint on the onset of 1 of these attacks, holy fuck man it was like a miracle after 3 or 4 tokes on the J the convulsions stopped straight away relaxing all of her muscles therefor no pain, it really is a magic plant with pain relieving and healing properties, so now every time she has one of these attacks "which can be anywhere from 2, 3 or 4 a day to 3 or 4 a week" i just give her a pre rolled Jakie, Mon the magic plant

There are some research paper are showing this is effective for pain management. But we have to read FDA regulation before buying products.
