Keep it clean..? I said I would I try his way with 1 of my plants. He asked about my first post, I gave my reasons. No abusive behaviour, just minor concerns I had at the time. All is good here. I'm not full of crap, I wanted to explain my reasoning for that 1st post info. No problems here, end of that as far as I'm concerned.

I was just going to join to learn what I needed for my hps grow, then bolt. Quite like the place and decided to do a journal here after I move next week. Thanks for the advice today. the mentoring section here is truly excellent. Good forum!

Bud knows what he's talking about , I have used the ot range many times bubbling my water constantly then adding nutes to the correct amount of water with good results . 10 plus oz from 1 plant

I have no doubt about that. I'm actually interested to learn more about this myself, so is PJR71 I reckon. I buffered some yesterday for about 90 minutes, then fed one of my plants. Nice reaction today. Planted her in a 30 litre air pot and put her outside in this lovely weather we are having :-) So, even a 90 minute buffer had cut out lots of buffering time within the soil, as my plant is already feeding from the soil. So yes, Bud's way does work very well, as it feeds fast too. For me, I appreciate this knowledge, and this has been worth doing this post to expand my own knowledge.

I'm not saying Bud should buffer them for 2-3 days. My info is on the back of an extensive ph buffering experiment I did. Buffering it for 2-3 days has worked a treat for me, if I can buffer it for less that would be better for me too. Whether it's buffered for 1 hour, 2 hours or 3 days, it's a hell of a lot better for the soil and plants IMO.

My experiment was very much aimed at buffering it til the ph was bang on for nutrient uptake from the soil. Because my plants were loving it, I continued to buffer it that way.

Plus have seen a few youtube vids where people buffer til it's frothy.

this is why we are here, to share info and learn, if I can buffer it for a few hours, that will make my life a lot easier.
