    Default best way to clean airstones ?

    hi I bought 5 large round ceramic airstones 200mm wide
    whats the best way to clean them ? only had them 2 weeks and they are already losing 50 % of the bubbles
    any advice pls

    Wire brush or scrubbing brush!

    Tried that Still the same.
    Was told to use muriatic acid. Ie. Brick cleaner. ?

    Stick a small screw driver into the white nipple on the air stone where you connect your air line to the airstone, move it back n forth and get rid of the mesh thats inside it, i use the same air stones and works for me, ive never scrubbed my airstones, but if you google how to clean airstones they tell you to boil them in a pot boiling water
