Default Reflector for 300watt CFL? Will the 250w reflector do?

Hi , I want to hang my 300watt sideways so the plants get most light,it seems the only way i can do this securely is using a reflector.
So could anyone recommend a cheap reflector that i can use with the 300watt dual spectrum bulb?

    Thanks

Well i went for the sunmate powerplant reflector,it fits lovely. Do you think my 300 dual cfl bulb in the sunmate reflector would be enough to flower three small plants?

    cheers

Thank you pal,you give me hope . I was a bit worried about the light not penetrated the lower area of the plant so i started LST last night(I hope that works out).
