Decided to get my first bong but don't have a clue where to start or what to get so can anyone help please? Don't want to spend much to start with.

What's ur budget? Percs or traditional? 18" seems to be the perfect length. 5mm will save you cash but 7mm is preferred. I'm looking for a 7mm but as far as 5mm I like the mathematix 18 inch straight bong from aqualab techologies.com $120 (not sure if free shipping)

I don’t have much of the fancy glass as I tend to favor pieces that are easy to clean, but I have a hard time saying no to new smoking devices. Here are my favorites…..

My favorite daily waterpipe: the Heir waterpipe.
Favorite easy to use and clean: the Session Bong
    Favorite vape: volcano
    Favorite portable vape: Mighty Vaporizer

I bought a roor custom. Wasn’t cheap but the quality is ridiculous.

I've owned a few different nice glass bongs. These days I just go with the simple silicon bubbler. Doesn't matter if you knock them over the down stem never gets stuck in place, easy to clean and if they're not clean you can't see anyway.

Seriously though, they're cheap enough to start there and then work up anything else you want. That way you won't be without a bong when you drop one.

Old man turned me on to silicone pipes this past summer. Gotta say, they make a whole lot of sense of you're not a collector.

They also pop in the dishwasher.

    Cheers

Old men start to think about buying something that'll last for the rest of their lives. Once you break too many glass bongs, the silicon looks pretty darn good.

I don't know if you're aiming that old statement at me, but I met my great-granddaughter for the first time a few weeks back. I'm laughing at my son's now, their sons stealing the car. Daughters getting pregnant, it's hilarious!

It's kind of like payback watching your kids suffer trying to deal with their kids.

After breaking a few glass bongs myself I purchased a silicon bong last year. Have been using one ever since. Sometimes I'll fill the stack with ice for a cool smoke.
Glad to see I'm not the only one using silicon bongs.
