Without a loupe, it's pretty much guess work as when they are ready... experienced growers can, just about, do it by the naked eye

I have 3 same strain.. Super skunk white label autos
2 of which are about 45-50 days into its recommended 45-55 flowering days and still have shit loads of straight White pistils l.
The other has very little pistils the ones it does have are brown!??
a pic or two could help...
Pistils can turn brown just by touching them, the recomendations on packets arent anything to go by, get a loupe 60x one off fleabay. They cost £5. Put it in a box in groom to dry will do fine
Take a read round the forums , all the info is there to read . Check out in harvesting .
