verve multipurpose compost from b and q, mix with some perlite also from b and q. mix 80%soil to 20% perlite. best nutes for soil are oltimers plant magic grow and bloom, both cheap on the bay.

the grow is for vegetive stage of growth, the period when you have your lights on 18/6+. the bloom is for when you switch to flower. the beauty of this nutrient range is it is a 1 part feed. meaning you only use the grow for veg and the bloom for flower. other nutrient ranges require the use of both in different amounts throughout both veg and flower which can get confusing and often lead to disaster if you not 100% on what you are doing.

Don't forget molasses, and at a pinch, bio silicon.
