Erm.... technically no. It's still illegal, it's just not a criminal offence and the police need some sort of solid reason to get a search warrant which is hard if you're not dealing. If you are, then theyll watch you for months before acting. When I first moved here I was a chav and got stopped and searched every time I left my house. Good job I'm a good person and never had anything on me.

A mate of mine got raided a few year ago cuz someone told them he had a grow. They reckon someone across from him see odd lighting and rang them but prob someone close to him. Nether the less they dint wait around once told they were bang on it and nicked him. 8 plants he got a caution and a small fine

That reminds me of the other time the Guardia knocked.

So the door goes, I open it and theres 1 guardia stood there in full uniform

C: Hey, can I come and look at your plants

M: What plants?

C: The ones on your roof

M: Dunno what you're on about mate

C: lol dont worry, I'm off duty. I live up the hill and can see them from my house, I just want a look is all

Soooooo being young and stupid, I let him in!

After a nose about he says

C: So when they're ready, can I buy some

I shit you not!

M: erm.... no cause that's illegal

Looking dodgy as fuck

C: I wont say anything. I smoke on my day off is all

M: I'll bung you a few spliffs but I dont want any money for it

C: Well I wanted about 50 grams if you want to sell it to me. How about you give it me and I pay you for your effort and that way we're not technically breaking the law!

Could.... not.... believe he said that!

Long story short, I said yeah, he left, never saw him again!

So tonight I had my fiancé's family over.

There was about 10 people, a few I hadn't met and we were hosting. All going well, drinks flowing etc etc my fiancé's dad was life and soul of the party as usual.

I duck out to use the toilet and he has a vape on my ecig... But it wasn't my ecig it was my bho cart. The next hour was a bunch of very confused family members unsure as to why my father in law was discussing epiphanies he had whilst having a piss.
