Still that Jaffa Glue Pie, which just happens to have now run out now...so no more!

Getting some 'Black Cherry OG' in (god knows what it's gonna be like)...that should be the last time I buy 'street weed' now

Coldingham loch was suberb fishing and what a beautiful place to do it. A peace of heaven in the clouds, hard to be aware of anything else when surrounded by this jaw dropping landscape.

Honestly brother and I mean this quite literally, that place kept me sane after yet another failure on behalf of my mental healthcare team but thats par for the course if I'm honest.

Nature 100% helps me manage stuff and the sooner I live in a rural setting the better but life responsibilities keep me in the urban jungle

Sorry to read about your ongoing troubles Gaz..I wish they would take it more seriously, I have to say although I don't have any personal experience, I've seen many documentaries on how those suffering with mental health issues just simply do not get the help they need, it's almost as if they want to brush it under the carpet which is terrible, especially in 2019!

Happy that it really helped you..I'd like to save up and take my family somewhere nice next year, they deserve it and need a break too

Its just a lack of funding and a stubborness to not listen to others as a government as with many things close to our hearts.

They are sooo far behind the waiting list is 3 years but I have been identified as at riak blah blah and have the full battery of childhood symptoms as an adult and dealing with that news alone is tough with out the inadequate funding. I have a locum consultant who specialises in ADHD and I am just waiting for her to cut through the red tape for me so I am in a way fortunate compared to so many others.
Many of the people I have met are fantastic but thier hands are literally tied and for many its a difficult position. I have seen this with my own eyes, its not a lack of caring so much as a lack of funding if that makes sense.

I am grateful for all the help I get just there have been many medical professionals such as GPs that really are letting us down not the mental health teams.

Thank you for explaining that Gaz..I hope the GP's get their act together and that those who can help are able to gain access to the funding they need to help those who need it.

Its just a lack of up to date education amd even those consulting are overwhelmed with workload and often unable to stay current. The cost of undiagnosed adult ADhD varys from trust to trust and some are lucky and others not so much. Where I am is one of the worst cases of an overwhelmed service unfortunately. Dont get me wrong I am fuming but I try to rationalise my frustration lol well depending how many joints Ive had managing emotional dysregulation takes a fair few bifters at times
