    Glad to see this thread still on the go lol .

    I am gradually cutting back . It's just a mindset really . I used to not even think about how much I smoked and didn't smoke for days ....

    I think it's tobacco that's playing tricks on me since I don't smoke cigs but smoked them in joints for years.
