I would keep them on the veg nutes for a few more days and increase the ec to 1.1 fella.

Once those leaves have greened up a bit then I would look at changing them to the flower nutes. They are looking slightly on the yellow side from the under feeding, and if you go to flower nutes now I reckon they would start showing a nitrogen defiency very soon.

Up the EC and hopefully within a few days they will start to green up again fella

Do you have any cal/mag at all?, if so try a foliar spray with that as its very high in nitrogen and the would also help them to green up

Sammy I calmag them every other day n epsom Salts every 5 days to make sure they get all the goodies i read it would do them any harm plus my ph is always 5.8 so I could be losing some vital vitamins for my plants I also put bud link silicon in every feed.
I'll make a bottle up tonight n give the girls a spray in the morning fellA

Foliar spraying is not ideal in flower tbh, but at this stage of flower you can get away with it. Try and foliar spray about half hour after lights on so the buds have all day to dry out, try just misting them rather than soaking them.

I would do that daily for the next few days, with the increased feed we should hopefully be able to drop the foliar spraying by the weekend
