Thanks for the info - very useful. What about topical application in creams or such like? That oil I got from my first extraction is nearly gone and I've got some of it in a shea butter mix. I've been applying it to a funny bit on my head - can't really see it! - and have other places with odd growths. I had thought about coconut oil but that gets way to watery and doesn't stick to the place it's needed.

Are there recommendations for carriers for topical use?

    Cheers,
On your "odd growths" have you tried using straight oil?

There a few recipe around for topicals and I have one in my notes somewhere. I'll dig it out and come back to you

    Thumbs up

    Hi Chew,

Ah, straight oil... I recall in one of your diaries you mentioned soaking a plaster with a spot of oil to keep the pressure on the problem area. It would also have the benefit of keeping the oil in one place, rather than on your fingers, hands, chairs you sit on and other items you come into contact with! Fiendishly sticky. I'd be interested in other preparations if you find your notes. Do I detect a book in the making...?

    I'll give that a go - thanks! You're a star.
