    Default Cal mag usage

Hi folks, I've done a few grows now maybe 5-6 but I've always grown in soil, always grown autos, I've always used the same nutes (bio bizz grow, flower) from week four or whenever they were showing to need feeding, always in the same size pots 14l buckets pre drilled for drainage, the same soils always been used John innes no 2 mixed with a good helping of vermiculite, my lighting has been 600w dual spectrum HPS with a parabolic, my temps and humidity nearly constantly 19/48lights off and 24/52 lights on. I've used molasses late in the grows and a little Epsom salts, my question is, I have always had problems with inter-veinal chlorosis in two or three of my plants usually two weeks into flower, would it be harmful to my plants if I were to add cal mag at 1-1.5ml per litre to every plant every watering to keep this problem at bay? It's doing my nut in seeing the same problem every grow, lol cheers!!

As a preventive measure give them a foliar spray of cal mag a couple times through veg and a couple during the stretch. This should help stop the cal-mag issues before they start.
Spray the plants under leaves and a good drenching lift your light as high as possible so they do not burn. Also use the Biobizz grow as well as bloom during flower.

Adding Dolomite lime to your soil mix would help this issue...

You don't want to add calmag to your feed as it will bugger up your ph.
Wotever medium you grow in always spray them at 2 weeks old an then
Again 2 weeks into flower.or as MC says you can use the lime.

Try and test the ec and ph of your run off. It may be low and locking nutes out or ec could be too high.
