Surely if you ended up going to court tho you can just provide the paper saying green light to grow Percy but not make it obvious

Basically don't take the piss and don't make it obvious and you won't be targeted

The part in bold is the important bit.... the paper makes no mention of, 'a position where they can recover' as a drug course that you will be required to attend until you can prove yourself free from cannabis! Which will also be recorded for CRB checks....

Also, they are not, 'prioritising' small home grows because they realised many years ago that they can't catch us.... We have never been 'prioritised'!

Put this all together & it is business as usual, with the exception that there will be a new agency, paid for by the tax payer, that will make your life a misery if you are caught

At the end of the day you get caught with up to 5 plants or watever and it's a first time offence with drugs then it's a slap on the wrist and maybe your gear confiscated !!! Like I say there's people getting away with no prison with loads of plants so as long as u have no bags , scales large wod of cash it's a minimal punishment 👍

I know what your saying bro 👍 basically there's no big punishment really for small grows is there ?? Granted ! Nobody wants there gear taking ect but my friends know people who have been caught and nothing happened but a caution and a fine.

Especially if you can prove it's purely for yourself and a habit. People who don't have any evidence of dealing and people with well payed jobs that can prove there living very compfy on there wage alone for instance ! Surely that would get thrown out of court !

    You miss my point....

It will not go to court under the new rules, a bit like taking the option of a speed awareness course rather than the points (& that is a subject by itself!)

You will attend a drug awareness course.... which will last for a minimum amount of sessions & continue until you can prove that you are no longer using cannabis. Personally, I'd rather pay a small fine & take 60hrs community service...

Yeah I got you bud !! Getting your shit taken off you is the biggest punishment of all in my eyes haha.

What about surrounding areas tho. I'm 2 hours ish away from there. How can the rules be different so close together ?

I feel ya man I think I would rather take take that punishment to 😊

The police have had to make huge cost savings and hardly have the resources to manage day to day let alone trying to snoop on personal growers. You should be more concerned with telling people and containing smells as they will act on first hand info.
