Theres a couple of ways to do it, you can repot into slightly larger pots (3L) this will get them going and they'l most likely show sex after repot meaning you can remove the males early, but then you'll after repot again into the finals meaning you need two sizes of pots. For this method id go for 3L next and 15L finals.

Or you can repot all 8 as they are now straight into the final 15L final pots then weed out the males but by doing this your using a lot more coco so you need to work out which method is suited to you in regards to the price budget.

You'll not limit the yield at all mate there's no time limit on potting up ... As there already in 3.8L we'l go straight to the 15L in a week or so, once you add some root stim to these smaller pots they will soon fill with roots.

Does your meter read in EC rather than ppm?

no it doesnt but for conversion you just times the EC reading by 500 so if its 0.6 EC its 300 ppm

I'm in a soft water area so my water reading straight from the tap is 100ppm so 0.2 EC

Soft waters good, makes things so much easier. Keep your ppm at 450 and when you get the Rhizo add it to your mix first at 2ml per Litre. It won't raise the ppm of the water but it will raise the Ph so you may need to add a touch more of ph down, just adjust to suit with your ph meter.
