Gaz wrote this in my current diary when i was asking him the other day:

Soap nuts

Step 1: Boil 8 cups of water. ...

Step 2: Turn off the heat and add about 15 soap nuts.

Step 3: Cover and let the soap nuts steep in the pot over night.

Step 4: In the morning, strain the soap nuts liquid into a bowl.

I boiled the kettle, filled 1 cup and put 1 soap nut in there (should have used 2 ideally, oops) and have left on the side. Il be making up the spray in the morning so il let you know how if it works

Yeah brother i have 25mm wood flooring on top of the concrete floor and i had the insulated bubble mylar from pulling the veg room down so thought it was a good way of using it, cheers bro', all the best G'.

no doubt you could make just kelp tea mate much cheaper,

this stuff has humic and fulvic acid, B vitamins and two different types of cold pressed sea kelp,
could probably make it yourself but that's definitely not for me lol
