looks like magnesium defficiency to me.
The purple stems reinforce this as well.
Although having said that, there are a lot of leaves which look ok, and i would have expected to see them yellowing up between the leaf veins.
I think I will pot them up to coco, I'm half decent at growing in that....

I had this (earlier stages) on my current grow,
Mine was a either calmag def, or PH issues.
I found a quick flush and some cal mag spray sorted it right out.
I plucked the damaged leaves out, no point leaving any big food on the plants.

It would seem that it's got a deficiency, looks pretty clear cut if you ask me.
If it was a disease, I was going to say Neem oil ! Neem is anti fungus and anti insect but it doesn't kill insects just deters them, it's good antifungus if that's what it was...
