Get a bag of high quality marine compost .

Youll need an air pump with an air stone and a bucket , and unsulphured molasses , or blackstrap as you UK'ers call it

Just dont put the compost in a bag to seap , toss it directly in bucket , with a good brew of air for a good 24 hrs , til she has tons of bubbles , add about 1tblsp of mollasses per gallon and if you can ,add a handfull of worm castings and a bit of seaweed and youll be rockin man

I managed it with a loop and a cheap camera phone. Would be interesting to get a proper close up of what's going on.
