Superb post thanks, helped me finally get my head around this a bit and ready to start

Only thing I'm trying to work out is whats best for me to start with, as my tap water appears to be around 0.7-0.8EC :/

I'm thinking whether to use some bottled water (so soft) with Rhizo plus A+B until it gets larger and then transition to tap water, but with a lesser A+B amount

Or whether I should just use my tap whatever with rhizo from the offset, but then going by the scales on here it'll be a while before I can add any a+B as my EC is already at the limits

On another note. Is it worth getting Liquid Silicon to help too? or another snake oil?

I was recommended Solar green power by buddahs tree on here. Haven't tried with anything else or without it but it's not slated the same way Canna boost is

I don't suppose you have a rainwater butt? I use mine all the time.
I'll let someone else advise on the high EC water otherwise as the only idea I have other than bottled is reverse osmosis, but I've no personal experience with it.

I am going to read this in its entirety but just curious about water.

"Soft water will show on the meter as 0.2 and below. When using soft water take into account there is little to no trace elements within the water. Feed from the off to ensure traces are available for plant growth"

I live in a soft water area, so do I just need to let the water sit as per usual for 24hrs? I usually let my water sit in 60 l bucket with air pump going to help rid of chems. I was looking at getting an RO filter but is that not essential for time being? As that money can be used elsewhere in the meantime.

Thanks in advance, now back to top for reading haha

Yeh top post man, easy to digest, nice simple instructions. I'd like to give coco a go on 3rd 4th grow maybe but I'd definitely appreciate the help of a mentor at least to get me to a good understanding of it. Feel more confident knowing I had someone to turn to directly, when you're growing your weed stock over 3 months you want as fewer chance of fuckups as possible
