Have the fan, for the time being, flowing just over the top of the plants so that the plants catch just a breeze but the bulk of the airflow goes over the top giving an air cushion between them & the light

Wow these really took me by surprise today! Sprayed the domes this morning, come 2pm the biggest leaves are bent halfway against the domes and another node has grown. These seem to have got their game together! Happy days.
Moved fan up although it's way too big, will look at a couple of clip on fans I think.
Soil is dry like sand down to my second nuckle and pots feel light so I think it's watering time. I did (wrongly or not) fully water them until drain off 1 week ago, been spraying the surface round the dome until you said to stop M_C so waiting for the benefit of your knowledge my good man. Cheers
How much water did you use & how much came back out the bottom? You probably didn't measure the run off though
Whilst the clip on fans are OK, their life expectancy is short... so don't spend a lot on them!
Happy days indeed, they seem quite happy
I need to write things down, because now I'm expected to remember stuff!
I think it was about 1/2 litre each and you are quite right I didn't measure it... a bit not loads - is that specific enough? lmao
Cheers for the tip on fans. Maybe look at hanging the fan upside down somehow.

Things are more to make sure that you get enough run of rather than not enough I'm not really fussed as long as you get, at the minimum, 10%. Whilst not so important at the moment, it will be important later on... so get into the habit from the start
Run off flushes old nutes from the soil & refreshes things These little things are what changes an average grow into a good grow

Excellent thanks for the great tip. Slow water, minimum 10% runoff and a cuppa in between I read in one of your past mentorings
Plants both watered, about 1/2 litre each with over 10% run off. Pots nice and heavy now.
The first one looks a little hot (excess nitrogen) but let's not overly worry about it as she looks like she's settling in (the new growth looks fine), 2nd one doesn't look so bad
As they're photo periods, things are fine as there's plenty of time before flowering for them to sort themselves out - If they were autos I'd be giving them more attention
So, all in all, we're fine mate
