Not being in Canada my view could be different but 4 seems like a sensible personal amount of weed number. Depends how many users in each house though

I have lost a few family members from the Big C and had cannabis been available to them their last days would have been less difficult if not less tormenting. I agree that the restriction is unclear to say the least but if I was given that nod, I would run with it.

There are now weed breathalysers , Weed can stay in a system a good while , the half life of thc is like 48 hrs ffs , so im sure those breathalyzers will pick it up and if so BAM licenses suspended , huge fines , insurance will skyrocket .....
mark my words, it will be another decade before they get the "breathalyzer" or impairment thing figured out. the first time someone is charged with the new impaired laws it will go to court. they cannot definitively come up with a limit as everyone is affected differently by usage. there is no roadside test yet that is accurate enough to determine impairment. we have a long ways to go even after they sign the bill into law. gonna be a shitshow...

The "staying in the body" thing is what bothers me, and "figuring it out" will take a whole lotta work if not impossible to have a fair boundary.

From what I understand THC is soluble in oil, so *THIS IS JUST ME THINKING OUT LOUD* if someone is a bit extra portly, they could well have THC in their body for as long as they stay rotund. In other words, it's not just chubby, frequent users who have to give it some thought, but women in particular (on the basis that oestrogen make a woman's body retain more fat, that is just scientific fact and I am not saying anyone is inferior etc. all that BS.

A blood test will not pick up what has been dissolved in the body fat.

A biopsy will not identify which time it was used that caused any impairment. Ratios of various cannabinoids as a guideline is not watertight because that ratio is different from different strains.

A hair sample test is useless if someone is bald or shaves their body hair.

Tolerance builds up if someone is a frequent user.

You are absolutely right, "shitshow" is what it will be when it comes to The Man, and it would be worse than now.
