    With coco yes soil no
Soil you feed with plain water until the nutrients in the soil has been used up so when your plants start to pale off a bit the feed 2-3 times a week dependant what stage your at and how quick soil drying out with nutes and in between nute feed you feed plain water

have no experience worthwhile on coco but also depends on wether you are going for organic soil grow you can feed ,during flower, your flower nutes one feed, then molasses, seaweed extract etc the next then flower nutes etc etc.

its more a case of learning what the plant needs when it needs it and thats where the experience bit comes into play,i do autos in soil and generally feed every watering in flower with once a week seaweed n molasses.

in grow i just do water and light doses of rootboost and seaweed but autos only have 2-4 weeks grow so soil has enough provisions for that length of time normally,if good soil anyway..

cal mag defs are taken care of by foliar sprays when needed.

best to keep things as simple as possible when starting out, take notice of how the plant responds, and always go light on nutes till you know better.

    good luck n have fun.

I grow in soil, and I do feed ever day. Flush about ever 10 days, dry and then start the feeding cycle over again. And I have proof of success. This is a bud in her 5th week flower. My largest so far, and I believe it to be because I have found a better nute than I have use in the pass, but even with the lesser nutes, I grew some large buds. Second picture is plant from when I was using the old nutes, before I found this new one. It is the plant with all the cola's. The first picture is the one I am working on now in her 5th week flower using these new nutes I just bought. I've gone from Kool bloom, Maxi bloom, to now this Tiger Bloom.

Ih use canna coco plus and always water with nutes 2 on and water with plain ph water 1 on and i have always done that with no problems. Also it gives a mini sort of flush every third watering. Remember to get ample run off ,10% minimum.

If you are using Canna Coco then I assume you are growing in coco... for best results you should add nutes to every watering. Your run off regime is good though
