True. I forgot to add that if you test positive at the roadside, then you also have to take a blood test. I likely have a bit of blood in my THC stream somewhere...I'd be fucked for sure

Ok I can add to this having been.bammed a few months ago.

I smoke a gram a night average.

My friend came around at 11am. I had 3-5 puffs at 11am no more.

I got pulled by the 5-0 at 7pm. Failed the roadside swab after 10 minutes of waiting on road side (that's how long it takes to process)

Had blood test an hour later

5 months later on a Sunday a letter came.through my door saying I had court on Tuesday. Limit was 2.0 and my level was 2.8.

I honestly thought I'd pass this but obviously not even judge said it's very unlucky. Listerine is meant to work a treat loads have lost their licence around me but the ones who haven't swear by Listerine.

Listerine is the key apparently kills 99.9% of everything in your mouth so.. good start.

Me and my mate was talking from our different cars accused of suspicious behaviour. Didn't argue like i normally would because I had a Q in a jar in my boot.

I've always believed that it stays in your system for upto 3 months is that not true ? How do you get on in the U.S or Canada where its legal is there a set time you know your safe to drive ?

Sure swabs are for unabsorbed THC but the law is about the absorbed THC blood level. Any regular toker will have a base level that exceeds the limit, full stop, for a long time after abstinence.
