Delayed shipping is a risk you take with a pre order. As far as I can tell, everyone that wanted a refund got one and they still have 3000 customers that choose to wait it out.

Oh, and a year's supply of the kit you need after year one is $249 annually....so that wipes out the gains from 2 out of 4 grows at half an ounce a time per year.
